Terrible camera system do not buy!
I bought this camera/door buzzer system based on what seems to look like an easy installation for a two-unit building. It comes with a doorbell camera with two buttons and two screens, and about 15 feet of cable for the screens. You also have the ability to download an app to your phone. The screens clearly show that you can remotely buzz someone in. However, on the app that you download to your phone, this function does not exist, so if you are not home, you can't let someone in remotely. Additionally, you can't do much with 15 feet of wiring for the cameras, so I was forced to buy additional wire that cost $85. I have no idea how long it will take to arrive; their site doesn't tell you. I made at least a dozen attempts to contact customer service through WhatsApp; they will not speak to you, all they do is send you 45-minute-long videos which explain nothing. Several of the videos they sent me were for a totally different system altogether. I wish I could return this piece of junk but it's beyond 30 days.
