Sleep longer, Wake up groggy.
The grogg lasts for a hour or so. You may feel like you havent slept well, but once the groggy leaves, I feel more energize because of the better sleep.

Works great most of the time.
I have been using Unisom for years and I love it. Most of the time, I helps me sleep. Sometimes not, but ... nothing is perfect. I guess I can't really blame Unisom for my insomnia! Really don't want to take ambien.
