This is a good pan for beginners. It has only been 6 months and the coating has started chipping. But it serves it's purpose and is non-stick.

This pan is terrific! It's VERY EASY to clean. Definitely nonstick interior. Lightweight. Works very well. Heats up fast!

This is an updated review as of May 6th. I now really dislike this pan and will not use it anymore. I never received an answer from the company about whether it could be used with the small scratch in the middle but I used it anyway hoping it would be ok. It has also lost its non stick ability. I only used it for eggs, or sauteing veges and fish but with each use it became less non stick.I use a small amout of olive oil even though it was supposed to be non stick, but that doesn't even help now. I browned the fish last night and it was so hard to get the browned portion off of the pan I had to use my fingernail to scrape it off. I usually use a scrub daddy which works for non stick surfaces.Previous review: I loved this pan when I first started using it. I mostly use wood utensils, but I did use a stanless steel spatula when I had to turn some fish I sauted. I don't know how that could have scratched the pan but I now have a scratch in the middle of the pan on the bottom and I don't know if I should continue to use it. The info about the pan says scratch resistant, but it's not!

A great non stick pan. Reasonably priced and attractive design

I love this deep sauté pan. At first I was skeptical because it's lightweight and I am used to heavier pans but don't let that fool you. I've used this pan for several months now and it performs as well as my heavier pans but I love it so much more because it's nontoxic ceramic, it's lightweight so it's easy to grab, it can go feom stove to oven. and the ceramic makes washing it a joy (who knew I'd use joy in the same sentence as dishwashing). Its held up to my cooking so far, and I cook a lot, however I hand wash all my pots and pans so I can't speak to it's durability if washed in the dishwasher.

Very nice! I wish that I had purchased the larger size as well. I have had it for several months and it goes through the dishwasher on sanitary well. The coating is fine, not even scratched, but I use silicone tools.
