I ordered these and thought the base was larger. My bad. I drilled and tapped the part and screwed it to the broken metal base from my last ball which had broken off. So far it works just fine, I used 1/4:20 SS bolts from the bottom, loctite and self locking nuts on top.Nicely made product.
