The best is the little cute song at the end!
We really like this product as a family that is accustomed to making rice A LOT! We like all the customizations you can get into - variety of rice, style of cooking, etc. It has a pretty small footprint compared to other cookers that can make this much. The best is the little song at the end. Much cute!

Rice cooker
This small but mighty Rice Cooker, have a lot of bells and whistles, functions well for us, there was no smell, unfortunately there is nothing at the back to catch water that leaks.

Worth the money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This rice cooker works really well and is easy to use. If left throughout the night, the rice doesn’t go bad either which is a plus. Size:Perfect rice cooker for less than 4 people.

good cooker but NOT capable of 6 cups dry rice - more like 4-5 max
On the whole I like this cooker. A few things to note:(1) It does NOT allow 6 cups dry rice. I'm not sure what rice type or method allows 6 cups dry rice; I make brown and black rices which I parboil 1st for 5 minutes, then rinse and add to Cuckoo cooker, using 1:1 water ratio (do NOT use more otherwise rice will be mushy) using multi-grain setting. there is no way this will allow 6 cups dry rice, more like 3-4 cups dry rice if you don't water flying out the top vent.(2) removing the rubber gasket from the inner plate is a bit of a chose and it's easy to damage the rubber gasket, so be careful - must be done though because it traps rice water steam which will grow bacteria(3) the user interface is not great and instructions are written in microscopic font. wish they'd spend some time making the instructions clearer, simpler and larger font.on the whole though I really like this as we cook enormous quantities of rice for 2 active people and a hungry dog every week!

Amazing rice cooker!!
Fantastic! I was skeptical to think a rice cooker could make this big a difference in rice taste and texture but it really does!! I had a cheap instant rice pot that only had a on/off or warm button and I thought it was great. But after experiencing this rice cooker it is night and day difference. My old cooker didn’t cook the grains uniformly and burnt the bottom. But this cooker is perfect EVERY TIME! Absolutely love it and would definitely recommend. It’s also very easy to clean and take care of.

For fools like me
I have only had this Cuckoo rice cooker for a week, but it has more than met my expectations.I have a history of burning about 50% of the rice I cook on a stove top, and I bought this unit in the hopes that would save me from my distractible self. It has done that. This is so easy to use it is almost ridiculous. Add rice & water, push one button and it makes perfect rice every time. The only concern I have is that it makes it so easy and foolproof that I may eat more rice than I really should!

Needs better instructions
Good rice cooker I’m just so confused on instructions so I only use the pre sets and as for the measuring cup it came with it’s only measuring 3/4 mark so it’s not even a 1cup instructions say 1 cup of rice two cups water so if this is a 3 cup rice maker how would I do a 3 cup rice if the water level only goes up to 3 water level, if anyone has some suggestions please post and a video on how the settings work on this thing

Easy to use
Update: after a few uses , I’ve decided to return it.The inability to read the water lines ( black on black) bugs me . I’m only cooking for myself and it’s hard to see the marks for one or two cups . I did order another model with the same brand . However the water line marks are in white.. Pretty easy to use . White rice came out as advertised. It’s a bit hard to see the water line if you are making one or two cups . Over all good maker
