These capsules are of average size , not big , so they are easy to swallow , and they have a smell of oak plant or maple . I like it . I also noticed when I took them for few days , my sweating reduced slightly. I am also able to tolerate more work out . This was the main reason I decided to took them for .

Nothing against this conpany. Just a warning to postpartum mothers**** This product was recommended to me by my pediatrician to increase my milk supply. It does work for many people however, I was not told, there is a chance it will kill your supply. I happened to be in that group, I went from 9 oz to 3 in two days! Thankfully I realized what was happening and stopped taking it and supply is starting to increase now. I know how hard we all work to get things going and this was very demoralizing- just beware this could happen to you!
