It's not a musical instrument, it's a musical toy!
I fully knew this was a beginner instrument when I bought it so I wasn't expecting to be blown away by it but at $400 I expected at least a decent instrument that could be played on occasion at home. The frets were poorly placed on the fretboard, you could tell how uneven they were just with the naked eye, no need to use a scale ruler or anything. The overall finish of the instrument was ok at best, seemed like if someone had to rush to finish it quickly. To top it off the strings had quite a bit of buzzing on the fretboard, I tuned about 4 of them and they all had that problem. This was enough for me to pack it back into the box and return it. These imperfections could have been fixed but would have cost me around $150-200 in my area, not worth the expense. For that I would rather get a higher grade instrument.
