This has been a game changer for dealing with nagging knee pain. I felt like the whole red light thing was just a gimmick but at this price felt like it was worth a try. I have no cartilage in my knees as a former fighter fighter. This red light therapy knee brace is a game changer. I have less pain, less inflammation, a little more mobility. Battery life great, heat level awesome, fit, value all wonderful. I’ve had it a couple months now and don’t really have to wear it all the time. The results have been long lasting for me.

This is a great product! I absolutely love it and I have been telling all my friends about it. I have a meniscus tear in my knee and it has halted my usual running. My orthopedic surgeon said he will not operate on my knee as I am too young for knee surgery and that it would not help me to relieve the pain. I was asked to do physical therapy which helped but I still had pain in my knee. I bought this knee on January 3 2025. I am writing this review on May 14 2025. I have been waiting to see how good or effective it is. I absolutely love it. I used it three times a day the first week and I could walk and in March 25 I jogged 8 miles and in April I ran 10 miles. I continue to do my p.t. exercises at home and I use this now may be once or twice a week. I absolutely love this red light therapy knee brace.

I bought this due to new knee instability and a desire to do what I can to help my body. My right knee was worse. Initially I started with copper fit knee braces, and was then able to get around pretty good, I even did some trail hiking with poles.Then I added daily treatments with these infrared knee massages. I started with level 1 and moved up to level 2. I use the. Daily at bed time. The heat, vibration and white noise feel good on my knee and I find the experience calming..It’s hard to know how much the infra red is helping for sure, but my knees are definitely improving. I have less instability and stopped wearing the braces, and am even jogging a very little bit on trails near my house when walking my dog. (Just short spurts). I really am glad I made the investment and will continue to use these indefinitely.

A very well made product that does what it says it will do. It is very convenient because it is wireless, but I prefer sitting or lying to enjoy the soothing heat and vibration. The adjustable heat and vibration is a very nice feature and may bring relief to other parts besides knees. I purchased this product based on other customer reviews and I am glad I did. I would highly recommend this product.
