After three weeks with this ergonomic office chair, I’ve found it to be a solid, comfortable choice with some excellent features. Assembly was very straightforward and quick and the chair feels sturdy and well-made for the price. The wide, thick seat cushion is firm and durable, which I appreciate for long hours at the desk, and the swivel arms add extra convenience.The adjustability on this chair is a highlight. The headrest can be moved up and down, which has been great for my longer torso, and I like that the tilt lock can secure the chair at 90° or allow it to tilt freely from 90° to 105°. These options add versatility and let you switch between focused work and a more relaxed position with ease.However, one thing to keep in mind is the lumbar support, which I found a bit too prominent in the lower back area. I’m someone who prefers a more natural, subtle lumbar fit, so the firm lower back support felt somewhat intrusive, requiring frequent adjustments to sit upright comfortably. I reached out to Sunnow customer service with my feedback, and Sophia responded quickly with solutions, explaining that the lumbar support is removable and that they could provide options to address my concern. The prompt and thorough response made a big difference and kept this from being a deal-breaker for me. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, and they made sure I had everything I needed to make the chair work for me.Overall, this chair is an excellent choice for its quality, comfort, and adjustability. The responsive customer service and thoughtful design make it a great value, even with the minor caveat about lumbar support (for most people, this probably wouldn't be an issue or could be fixed by using an additional lumbar pillow and/or upper back support to even things out with the curve of the lumbar support). I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and ergonomic office chair with outstanding customer support.

I love this chair. Its really comfy and the lumbar supprort is good and adjustable. Chair feels well made, it was easy to assemble and all of the instructions were extremely easy to follow. But my favorite part is the customer support of the company, who answered all my inquaries very fast, without just sending a boilerplate robotic answer. They helped me to diagnose the issue i was having(nothing wrong with the chair itself, it was just too short for me), sent me a longer gas rod and even PROVIDED THE TOOL to replace it! Im amazed! I think the world would be a better place if all customer support was like that.Also a small nitpick that i missed and, in retrospect, its listed on the product page is that the seat is pretty wide and distance between the armrests is 21 inch so it might just be to wide or deep for some.I would 110% recommend this seller and would buy again

I will start off by saying how easy this chair was to assemble, it only took about 30 minutes for me but near the end I had to ask my partner to help me out assembling it which only took about 5 minutes. It's a very comfortable chair and it definitely provides me with good back support. It rolls around really nicely and it doesn't make much noise which was a plus. It does have a tilt option as well and you can easily customize how far it tilts to your liking. I've been talking to customer service since they do have the option for better wheels for rug and wood flooring for free which is an amazing deal. I am definitely glad I decided to buy this chair among the many here on Amazon.

It’s always hard to buy a chair online when you can’t test it out in person before buying it, and with every body being different the only way to find a good chair is to have a lot of available adjustments - which this does have for the price. Still - it’s not going to be perfect for everyone, here’s my experience.Pros:- Adjustable sliding seat depth- Mesh is cool and comfortable- Adjustable arm rests (both forward/back and up/down)- Effortless, comfortable recline- Adjustable headrest- Understated design fits any roomCons:- Wobbly (see update below)- Front of the seat digs into thighs- Cheap build quality, lots of plasticMeh:- Lumbar supportThe mesh is nice. It’s cool and comfortable, good for long sessions. It has just the right amount of elasticity to feel soft but still supportive.The sliding seat depth is the best part of the chair. You can fine tune how much space you need from the backrest to your thigh, which is hard to find in a chair this price.The one point of adjustment that is missing is the tilt angle of the seat itself. When you first sit down, you sink down just a bit into the back of the seat which brings your knees up slightly. There’s a piece of foam at the front of the seat frame (just under the mesh) that slightly helps with the pressure on the back of your thighs, but over time that pressure digs in and becomes uncomfortable. Pair this chair with a small footrest to raise your knees up a bit and it’s much better.The lumbar support is there, but it’s only adjustable up/down. You can’t adjust the pressure of the lumbar support, and it seems on the softer side. It’s there - but barely.Even with all of the screws tightened, it’s wobbly. With all of the adjustment points it leaves room for movement even when “locked” in place. The arm rests jiggle around, the seat slider adjustment moves a bit when you move forward and back from your desk, and the base of the seat wobbles side to side. It’s still usable, but this was the most notable con.It’s difficult to find a good quality chair on a budget, but if you can look past the cons it’s just an average chair with more adjustments. I would only purchase this again if it’s on sale and you’re desperate for a chair quick. Otherwise it may be best to save up a bit more and get something of better quality that may last longer.Edit 06/2022: Customer service was proactive and reached out to me and offered multiple solutions. They sent me a new chair base after the screws came off on the original, and even sent me a lumbar support pillow complimentary. I waited a few weeks to update the review to make sure the new chair base was sturdy and it seems like everything has been good so far. Added an extra star from my original review for the fast and kind customer service and providing a fix. Great service!
