The media could not be loaded. I purchased a product from PIGEON in an effort to support Indian brands, but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. The product didn’t even work for 10 minutes before malfunctioning. On top of that, when I tried to reach out to customer service using the contact number provided in the manual, I discovered it was either non-functional or canceled. This is absolutely unacceptable for any brand, especially one that claims to represent quality.It feels like the company does not care about its customers or the products they sell. I expected better quality and service, and sadly, this experience has shattered my confidence in the brand.After facing a terrible experience with a faulty product, I reached out to Amazon, and I am truly impressed with how quickly they handled the situation. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and made sure I received a refund/replacement without any hassle. Guys, if there's any solid reason you need to invest in Pigeon's electric pressure cooker it is because of no annoying steam bursts. I've tried several brands of pressure cookers, but eventually, they all have issues with steam bursts. This is very upsetting because all the nutritious liquid and masalas overflow and there is so much waste. Moreover, this creates such a mess for cleaning around. We have to clean the gas, the burners, the drip tray, and the area under the cooktop too. I was so surprised to see nothing of this BS happening in this fantastic EPC. No steam burst, no messy clean-ups, no annoying whistle sounds, and the inner pot is made from stainless steel and is so easy to clean. And the food cooked is tasty and gives consistent results every time. The other day, my sister was complaining about the same thing, and I immediately asked her to buy Pigeon's EPC which is not only stylish and sturdy but also reasonably priced. Worst every kitchen appliance purchase.Bought it with so much excitement. It got delivered within a couple of days and the lid wouldnt open. Tried multiple times, watched videos but no luck. I thought ok, defective product let me reach out to customer care. The landline number is out of service and the whatsapp number no one responds to. I contacted amazon customer care and ordered a replacement. It got promptly delivered within a day. I managed to open this one and had fun cooking one full day with it. Next day morning I try cooking in it, I get an E4 error, I refer to the manual and it says contact customer care.Thankfully Amazon has accepted a return.What a joke of a product and brand this is.If you respect your mental sanity and peace, please stay away from this.

I am really enjoying cooking in it. The only drawback I found is that it does not have a preset menu for cooking non-veg.

Goodness Heaven - this cooker is a dream come true! No whistles!! 18 food menu; stainless steel, keep warm button, auto start function, imagine – auto start at 12:45 pm, cook in next 12 minutes; keep warm till 1;20pm – open and eat hot food! Another plus - my dishes turn out perfect every time – as timer and temperature is now digital (gas me kum zaada karkey mar jao!), in this you can cook 100 times and food will taste best every time; another point – food wont burn – it will auto shut off after cooking, so take a shower, talk to friends, do whatever!. I make youtube cooking videos so it really helps in terms of looks and quality. So happy, strongly recommend.

Received a dented product, purchased one in the brand's exclusive store, the first day it showed an error message, replaced it with a brand new one, this has 2 error messages at once, no QC test for the HSN code for this product, a complete gamble, if you are planning to buy one.The rest is your luck, sorry for the fun, but it is what it is.

Dont buy this product they dont have service centre fecility. My cookpot is out of order and in warenty period but the customer care number is no more working. Nobody is giving service

"Hey everyone, I've gotta rave about this electric pressure cooker! The delay function was completely new to me but I love it so much now. I can set it and forget it while I go about my day looking after my two children - a girl baby and a young boy. It's so convenient to make baby food like mashed fruit and vegetables, khichdi and healthy soups. Its stainless steel inner pot is such a blessing and it's so lightweight makes cleaning so much easier. I have cooked many option so far like paneer, veg curry, various non-veg curries and even steamed idlis. Everbody at home was surprised that I could make so many dishes in a single pot. The only advice I can give is put a little less water in the inner pot when you are making gravies otherwise gravy will become watery. This is because there are no steam bursts (another blessing!) and hence every single drop of water is retained. And the best part? No annoying whistles or noise to wake up the baby.
