Q: Can these end papers be used on dry hair or with foam rollers?

Yes, the paper can be used on dry hair. They actually prevent your ends from getting frizzy

Q: What perm is equal to the lilt? I sure miss it. I used it ofr 15-20 yrs.

For the last 30 years, I've used OGILVIE Salon Styles Home Perm, the Original Formula. Only place to find it, is WalMart, $5.95 a box, or www.ogilvieproducts.com I hope that helps.

Q: Will these work for highlights?

I used them on my rods to keep rods from falling out of hair. They are very thin and flimsy, they are about the size of a larger rod. They do wrap around my rods and stay on. I do not think its a good idea to use them for highlights.

Q: What are they made of ?

Hello 👋🏾 they’re regular tissue paper for rollers and you get under the dryer type papers!! The real deal if you have ever been to hair salon 🙋🏾🥰
