I've recently switched to liquid vitamins and supplements. Including this magnesium supplement. It's great! I love the taste, it helps me sleep and I am noticing a different in my nails. I'm going to continue to take this for as long as it's available. Definitely a standard in my nightly routine.

Since the first night I used it I noticed that my sleep became deeper. I don't know it was a placebo effect. Now I have used it for 7 days and most nights I am indeed sleeping better.The reasons why I don't give it a 5 star are the following:Non-disclosed "natural flavors"It tastes very sweet ( I do like the taste though)The nozzle/dropper doesn't do the suction to the 2ml suggested quantity, I have to do the suction in installments of 4 times to mark the 2ml I need.I am down to half-bottle in 7 days of use, it won't definitely last me a month. So for a bottle that costs almost $20 it's quite expensive.I will be buying again if I can't find anything else of similar quality that lasts longer.

Such a relief to have this on hand instead of more pills. I take a lot of supplements and this one tastes nice and doesn't take any effort to swallow doesn't get stuck in my throat. I'm grateful that it's available as an option.

I wish the instructions were a little more clear on the dosage. It’s just kind of general on the label on the bottle. I haven’t noticed a change yet but I’ve only used it a couple of times. And since I haven’t actually removed myself from my highest stress inducing environment (namely my home and my kids), I’m not sure if the tincture is strong enough to give me the needed amount of calm and stress relief. But I’ll keep at it and see if it helps long term.

Another total scam. This product is a total sham. Please don’t buy it’s a total WASTE OF MONEY!
