I really like these “SavorSatch Dehydrated Mixed Dried Vegetables”. It’s a very good quantity of healthy veggies that are easy to store and very easy to use. I initially made the purchase because I wanted to make a loaf of vegetable bread. I used to dehydrate my own veggies to crumble into bread dough to make a healthy veggie loaf but my old dehydrator gasped its last breath a while back. I didn’t use it frequently enough to replace it so I ordered these dried veggies instead. They rehydrate very quickly in a little bit of water in the microwave and they smell delicious when heated. I’ve used them in bread, stir-fried rice and in soups. The veggie bits are colorful, tasty and nutritious. I couldn’t be more pleased. Add to that, that there is a lot of food in one bag and I’m very happy I found these SavorSatch Dehydrated Mixed Dried Vegetables.

Soup.

First time I tried, this was to make a pasta salad, so I soaked the dry veggies and boiling hot water for enough time. They were delicious in every respect, and the variety is unusual and unique. The salad turned out perfect.

I’ve not found a better blend of a dried soup mix of vegetables. It’s great to throw in with rice to be enjoyed immediately or save to be used in stir fried rice. I’ve even thrown it in homemade dog food when I ran out of her canned food. It rehydrates very quickly which is always a positive when trying to fix a quick meal.My pantry wouldn’t be complete without at least one jar. I almost forgot, it’s excellent for camping too.

I'm content to have this product for times when I need veggies in broth and don't have time to chop them up. However, the product tastes a bit bitter and stays rather stiff/unflexible, even after 30 minutes of gentle cooking.

These are way kool. Excellent quality and flavor. Hi Adam Ramen noodle cups. I add them to my soups any canned soup makes it better. These are outstanding. Can’t believe I didn’t think of them sooner.

This mix is the best! Just let it set for an hour, or cook. I added it to a mixture of beef and cabbage to make air fried type of egg roll. Great for soups, there are just so many uses for this. I finally found my french mixture to add that make foods taste better!
