Worry not though, I found that assembly is very easy, and you are very unlikely to require the "expert assembly" option. If you can cope with a simple Ikea shelf or similar, putting your chair together will be painless.This chair stands out in having a wide degree of adjustability, especially in the highly configurable arm rests. Until you've experienced it, you perhaps won't realise what a difference that can make, and the ability to alter the height and angle depending on your current task is a big bonus. So too is the adjustable head rest, which is not all that common on an office chair. The height adjustable lumbar support pad allows me to shape the back perfectly, keeping me comfy. As a long term user of office chairs, I highly recommend that any office chair you consider buying has an adjustable lumbar support, because your back will eventually ache without one.Both the back and pad on this chair are made from an open weave mesh, rather than a fabric covered foam as is more usual. This chair is obviously an homage, shall we say, to the classic Herman Miller Aeron chair, which pioneered this mesh support design. Mesh has both positive and negative features, with a positive being breathability during hot weather, and a negative being a tendency to feel chilly in cold weather. If your room is draughty you'll feel it through the chair.The one thing that isn't a success for me with this chair is the pull out leg support. It's too short, and too flimsy. My legs dangle over the end and it digs into my calves, making it pretty uncomfortable. Reclining back in the chair is very nice, but I find I need to rest my legs on something else soft, like the end of the sofa. The pull out leg support might be okay for kids or rather sort adults, but for anyone else it's probably going to be a fail. Heavy legs will probably bend it.The value for money proposition here is pretty good, and I'm torn between awarding either four or five stars. It's a comfortable chair for sure, but on the other hand the mesh is almost, but not quite as supportive as a decent foam pad, and the foot rest is a non starter for many Western sized adult users. So, on balance I think I'll be rating this chair with a solid four stars, meaning I think it's good, rather than exceptional. It's worthy of your consideration, for sure.

This is a well-made chair. Personally, I am on the limit of the weight that it is advised for. However, I find that using the head and leg rest in the "sleeping position" it feels a bit insecure and wobbly. Additionally it is a bit small overall around the seat of the chair. But used as a desk chair it is good.

I bought this chair as I have a non-standard height in-built desk in my home office. I spent countless hours trying to find a chair that would go as high as required and then I found this. Seat height according to the listing goes up to 24.41 inches (62cm). I needed 61 cm so I got excited that my search is over and placed the order.How disappointing to see that it doesn't come near the advertised height! 57cm is the highest the seat goes and it leaves me typing in an uncomfortable position. I kept it as it seems impossible to return an assembled chair. And I need something to sit on to work... Spent nearly £200 on this chair that is completely not fit for my purpose.Adding a "charity" star as it is actually comfy, but if you are after a certain seat height - AVOID this falsly advertised product.

The chair itself is designed with ergonomics in mind, from the neck support, footstool, lumbar back support, and tilting arm rests. The chair is extremely comfortable to sit on, and makes a great work chair. The mesh fabric does not provide the comfort of a cushioned chair, but it is a light and breathable material. Overall it’s a great quality chair with some really nice design features.
