The package arrived a couple of days after ordering. A good sturdy frame with tough canvas casing. Looks a little posh for our use which is for moving a quantity of tools and boxes around a sloping garden. Now that we have tried it, it worked well. We are not so young and this certainly helps.We have put a bungee to hold the handle in a more usable position for us. Easier to use than our powered wheel barrow.The wagon arrived with a dead battery. The company replied quickly to our problem and within the week had reassured and resupplied us.. Over and above expectations. Well done. Certainly more products to try those batteries on

I've used this trolley for 3 festivals this year. It managed the two dry ones, two trips back and forth from the car to the campsite on set up and packing up without needing to charge.The third festival was a wet one, and whilst the trolley didn't get stuck at all in the inch deep thick clay mud, it did take 2 batteries for the weekend. It's good enough that 3 of my friends have already bought their own, I look forward to the looks of envy next year as we cart our gear with ease into and our of the festival.The cart is built sturdily and easily took all the weight I threw at it (well over the rated maximums). It handles gradients greater than specified even on long grass. It packs down neatly. 5 minutes with a tent peg cleared the mud that accumulated around the wheels.The wheels could be wider to better tackle muddy terrain, the handle could be longer for those of us that are taller than average. It could use a reverse option for manoeuvring in tight spaces and a way to disconnect the motor from the wheels so it can freewheel if the battery fails.

Beautifully made, not too heavy, good carrying capacity, folds small, easy to use and got a lot of admiration and envy from fellow festival-goers. Speed control could be easier and wheels have more clearance from the brakes for muddy ground, but I was delighted it worked so well and very pleased I’d bought it. NB though this is the beige MK2 version with two motors, one on each of the back wheels - I don’t know why the variable speed control hasn’t been included from the earlier grey one

I am well impressed with this truck. Said to be noisy by other reviewers but I do not think it is that bad. It is as noisy as a cordless drill. I am sure if it had a better quality motor it would be quieter. Problem with that is would possibly double the price. It is easy to use and in my opinion is a good build quality much better when compared to a basic pull along only trailer. Not suitable for soft dry sand or ground that is very wet and boggy. I purchased extra batteries so extra distance / use is brilliant. Has 2 pockets to carry them in the trailer.

I bought this item, and it's caused a major distress in my life. The trolley is *very loud*, and the neighbour's autistic child is negatively affected by this admittedly somewhat unpleasant noise. Well, they took me to court over it! And Citizens' Advice Bureau is saying that, in spite of any paperwork stating that I need the trolley because of a back issue, any judge would rule in favour of the child's wellbeing. OK, I thought, fine. But when I wrote to the seller to return the item, so if the situation did get to court, I could show that I sent the item back and no longer have it, the seller basically said that I'd be responsible for the entirety of costs for shipping the item back. So, if you buy this item and don't live on your own estate, beware. This has been a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my enemy.I will consult Amazon, as they are my only source of protection against this. Will update the review as further developments take place.

Absolutely fantastic to carry my fishing gear especially walking back up a gradient I am approaching 70 and I would not go anywhere without it 10/10

All good, just be aware its only electrically assisted to travel one way (away from the handle so you walk behind the trolley)
