These tablets are a good size so are easy to swallow. They come in a high strength which is what you want. They may seem a little expensive but they are on offer at the moment at a good price. They do meet a lot dietary requirements so are good options for those who have look at certain types of tablets.

These seem to be good quality. So far can't really say if they work but have had no side effects at all and feel good. Leaves no aftertaste.

I’ve been taking 800IU of Colecalciferol daily, officially prescribed, for 10 years but for the last 2 years decided to increase it a bit in the winter, taking an additional dose every second day.Obtained a box of these 4000IU tablets and also a box of the 800IU strength via Amazon Vine so have less need to buy extras. Come the winter, I'll take one of these 4000IU tabs twice a week, having done so for 1 week already, to check the high dose suits ok.At £14 for 30 of the 4000IU tablets, these are expensive compared with other brands of the same strength, but better value than the same company’s 800IU tablets which are £6 for 30. Reassuringly, they seem to be manufactured in Walsall, UK by Synergy Biologics so quality is likely to be fine. I would not be so sure if made in certain countries.The 4000IU strength is mainly for providing a loading dose (daily for 2-3 months) when starting treatment but rarely if ever necessary and perhaps potentially harmful if taken long-term when the standard dose is 800IU and even just 400IU may be enough for younger people.Each box contains 2 blister strips of 15 green tablets and an advice leaflet. Tablets are tasteless and easy to swallow.Note they are described as a ‘food supplement’ rather than medicine but that will be because if marketed as medicine there are expensive hoops and hurdles for the manufacturer and furthermore, most forms of Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) even at 800IU strength, are prescription only in the UK if described as ‘medicine’.In short, they’re fine but overpriced and when buying more I’ll probably choose a different brand.

Very easy to consume, have been using these for the past few weeks and they’ve made a big difference to my bone teeth and immune system health, quite expensive for what you get but they do the job.

As a BAME person living in the UK, I struggle getting enough Vitamin D from sunlight. I was previously taking the 1000 IU formulation from this brand, so was delighted to see these tablets. Each tablet contains 4000 IU of Vitamin D3. They're allergy friendly, which is a huge plus for my multi-allergy household (gluten free, wheat free, milk & lactose free, egg free, nut & peanut free, the list goes on).They're small and really easy to swallow - so much easier than some of the other Vitamin D supplements I've taken. They're also bright green, which makes them easier to see if you fumble and drop them!Delighted with these and highly recommend them if you're looking for a good, high strength Vitamin D intake, especially if you have specific dietary restrictions.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 for years, the 4000IU strength of the tables is the level I have been taking too, so I thought I would give them a try.The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no issues with them, the only real negative is the price, they are ridiculously expensive seeing as you are only getting a months worth, I pay much less for a years worth and they have the same ingredients so you may want to shop around before buying these.

A good strength of tablets and very small so they are easy to swallow or even hide in food if needed. I do think however the amount you get for the money is pretty low and for the same money other brands offer a higher quantity.
