The system has to be fiscally unplugged from the console once a month just to reset so it will connect via Bluetooth. The phone is terrible no one can hear me. XM radio isn’t even an option! And there’s absolutely nothing online or otherwise. Most likely will end up replacing this unit with another brand soon! Don’t waste your money!

I purchased this item to replace the factory infotainment system in my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had grown very buggy. I watched the YouTube video making the install look easy. The written instructions that came in the box were very poor. I got most of my existing system deinstalled but made the mistake of removing the WiFi/Bluetooth module which apparently disables the vehicle. So, with my confidence now shaken I called a local stereo shop to take over. They completed the install, adding a different backup camera than the one that comes in the box (so it integrates into the tailgate and doesn’t stick out) and did a beautiful job. In the end I’m very happy and the stereo guy was super impressed with the features and capabilities, which helped validate my choice. I am taking a star away for the poor installation instructions and the fact I doubled my costs with the professional install, but overall the unit itself is really amazing and I actually think my speakers sound better with this new tech. I have no regrets.

Overall I would give this a 2.5.The customer service is 5/5 fantasticThe overall look and fitment is also 5/5Reliability 1/5 Every other time I hop in my truck it freezes and have to manually reset it.Installation 3/5 The installation is pretty involved and even being pretty knowledgeable had to reach out to customer support with selecting the right settings. The included instructions are worthless.Value 2/5 I have a Denali so I had to spend the extra $250 to even have this work so at $750 I don’t think I am getting my money’s worth. It should be 300-400Features 3/5 I really loved it adds CarPlay the only issue is it only works about half the time.Overall, I probably would recommend it over the factory setup, just wish it was quicker and less buggy and few hundred cheaper.

Installed it my 2018 Chevy the music glitches occasionally it takes a few seconds to change the song the back up camera doesn’t work and wouldn’t pay it again

The media could not be loaded. I’ll update my review if something changes but sometimes the audio cuts in and out when listening to music but not enough to drive me crazy but enough to lose a star. Watch the YouTube video to install, takes about 1-2 hours to install. Screen looks great though. Bright colors and good interface. Huge upgrade over stock, it’s like a new truck.

Restarts all the time and does it non stop everyday only works 25 percent of the time would not recommend. Great system when it does work but that’s not very often
