Great pot I really love the color. The color really pops is very bright and vibrant. I can very much appreciate that this is top quality material that this part is made out of. I would definitely say this is a nonstick pot. You can also put this pot in the oven this pot can roast or this pot can cook on the stove top. This pot is very easy to clean. This pot is also very heavy. I will say that it is very heavy. You will have to be careful with that and it does get very hot. Cleaning is very easy. I would let this air dry. I will say that this is dishwasher safe. I don’t think that you would have to worry about the color coming off or the paint chipping or anything. This is top quality made pot cast-iron pot. I really love the deepness of this. I love how thick this part is you get a nice even cook on your food I love to again , cook roast in these kind of pot. I love the sear that it gives the roast before you put all your other stuff in there. You can easily side this in the oven and cook for a couple hours and the cook is even it cooks evenly throughout and that’s one of the things that I can say that I love about this. I definitely use this more than often. I use this for several different things Mostly to to bake or roast and I really don’t use it too much on the stove top the only time I use it on the stove top is to sear my roast before I put it in the oven. I would definitely recommend these. I think this is a nice item and you should get you one.

I love the size and design of this pan/these pans. Now that our kids are grown and out of the house my old Dutch oven is really too large and too heavy to bother with. This 5 quart size is perfect. It has the heft of cast iron, but is definitely lighter than our older 7 quart Dutch oven. I love the multifunctional design of this pan. I recently purchased a similarly size pan for baking bread, but that pan has a knob on the part that looks like a Dutch oven so it is functional only as a lid. With this pan you can use it as two separate pans, a Dutch oven with lid, or as a bread baker with the large domed lid. It really is 4 pans in one and that doesn’t even take into account the ability to use it as a campfire pot.The finish on the pan is smooth and refined for cast iron and of course it is pre seasoned. The handles on both pieces are large enough to easily grab with oven mitts or pot holders. This is a really useful pan to have in your arsenal and it is super cheap.

One of the qualities of a good dutch oven is its weight and thickness. The ceramic helps to keep the heat evenly distributed to keep the heat on everything in the pan instead of having hot spots like some pans. So if you have a glass countertop be careful to not put it down too hard! I do a lot of soups in Dutch ovens, so I don’t love that there isn’t a knob or something to pull off the lid. I mean I understand why it doesn’t have one, but I still go to grab it every time! But the oven proof “lid” or smaller Dutch oven is great. It is perfect for roasting a small roast of beef since only my husband and I will eat it. It is easy to clean and dry. The red color looks great and doesn’t show the stains that my cream colored one shows. I think this pot is a great value and a quality ceramic. I would certainly recommend this pot.

I've always loved cast iron cookware as it makes food taste great. While I've borrowed pieces of the cookware in the past from my family, when I saw this Dutch Oven set I knew I needed it for my personal cooking. Using it for a meal for the first time was easy and the food tasted great. The heavy cast iron was a worry for me as I didn't know how it would heat on the stove, but the electric burners seemed to do well heating the pots and the oven also offered a nice finish.The food cooked evenly and there wasn't any sticking. The flavors of the meal were splendid and I contribute this to how the meal was cooked. The handles were sturdy and I was able to move the pots with ease. The pots were easy to clean after dinner as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the set as I will be using it for other meals. I definitely would recommend the set to others.

This heavy duty cast iron dou cookware is fantastic! It comes with a 5 quart dutch oven and a 2 quart lid that you could also cook in. The enamel coating is smooth and so gorgeous. This is safe to use in the oven as well as on top of the stove.The price on this fine set if under $40 as of the date of my review. If you wanted to give a gift that would last a very long time, this is it! This should be hand washed and dried well to help preserve the quality and in keeping in beautiful. I recommend this Joyfair set!

It has the added bonus of a solid lid that when removed and flipped will double as another pot, or serving dish.
