I was looking for a pill I could swallow, and this one fit the bill. Other larger tablets just would not go down.

The addition of silicon dioxide is troublesome. Recent findings from McMaster's University research center in food toxicology ( France ) have noted that silicon dioxide "significantly alters" immune cell function. More gut lining damage and inflammation.The additives are many in The Doctor's Best formulas. Magnesium stearate , Stearic acid, Silicon Dioxide.Others, These are flow agents. SD being amongst the worseFor years I have been loyal to the Dr B brand because I do respect their formulations and co-factors, and there still are some vitamin options of theirs that do not include the Silicon DioxideI will, however, start searching for another brand. We spend good money to improve our health.I hope they will reformulate these. Other companies do without these agents.I trust Amazon will publish the findings in this review. HALF THE PRODUCT FOR THE SAME PRICE

I take magnesium, i thought i would try a brand recommended from a friend, there is NO reason that this mag should have caused the digestive side effects. i only took half the dose recommended. Also i ordered thru PRIME, SOLD AND SHIPPED THRU AMAZON, and when i went to return it said it was sold and shipped from a 3rd party, Very uncool, finally got Amazon to honor it. so watch out for that too
