Came very quickly.no damaged.very simple to put together.have used it for about 2 hours works perfectly.would recommend this product 100 percent.only one thing to fault it comes without 2 stroke mixing bottle and comes with a small bottle of semi synthetic oil in the book it gives mix ratios for mineral oil at 25/1 but read carefully oil supplyed need different mix ratios I found out it needs 40/1 so do your homework.

It was purchased to replace a old Mcculloch strimmer. Easy to assemble and more substantial than the Mcculloch, a lot less plastic and more aluminum, if a little heavier but certainly more robust. Very pleased so far.

There are no rocks or obstacles in my garden, but it does have a large perimeter.I have been using a mini fly-mo strimmer for a number of years and felt that it was time to get a proper manly strimmer.After reading reviews, few oil leaks, housing coming apart, i decided that I would go ahead with it as incidentals dont worry me as i am an engineer, and fixing simple things like that is not a bother, especially as it had a 2 yr guarantee!!First go was not good! Would not start, but when it did, it didnt idle.After wasting half a day on a simple item, I put it away exasperated!!The next use, 2 weeks later, strimming along a brick wall, there was a loud clicking. Thinking it was something trapped had a quick look, saw nothing amiss, and carried on, however within the next 5 mins a sharp blow to the shin showed me what the clicking was; the cable trimmer had snapped off the shield, good job I had my wellies on!!I wrote to Webb and sent a picture, they came back and said it was "fair wear and tear"!I dont know who viewed that picture and decided that it was wear and tear, as you can tell from the rotary head condition, which is almost like new, and that's the business end of the unit!!DO NOT waste your money on a company who dont give a crap and sell inferior products, as they think they are above the rest. It was delivered late, nothing in the box was secured and the box corners were bashed in.Im pretty sure if it happened to them, they would not be happy.If I was nearer to them, I would go and shove it through their front door, just to show that I do care!

Easy start,lightweight. Slightly longer than I expected but once I got used to it I’m very happy

Engine starts easy, but needs choke if restarting when engine is hot. A tad heavier than I was expecting.I bought this to replace McCulloch TM210 which served me well for 17 yrs, and I find this one has a shaft which for me is a bit too long and I'm 5'11".

Excellent service arrived 2 days earlier than stated will use again in the future, Assembled the strimmer, filled with 25.1 petrol oil / mixture, engine fired up on first pull, extremely light to use without the harness I have a 180ft lawn. Line spool is easy to refill. this compliments the other Webb garden products that I own which are made to a high standard.

Arrived damaged but because I had experienced a few problems with Amazon recently,I did not pursue.It was part of the air filter cover so machine was still workable.Confusing as to actual rotation of spool.The machine over revs and can cause a fair bit of damage to your plants.I found it difficult to control the speed.Currently I have a major fuel leak from the air filter /carb area.The machine looks great allbeit bigger than your average lightweight strimmer.Carries the famous Webb Garden Machinery name and a Walbro Carb.
