Life saver
My daughter asked me for this for Christmas. Little did I know that I would end up using it so much. It has helped me manage my daughter’s oxygen while she was sick. It is dependable and spot on with the reading. I would suggest this to everyone with children.

Better than expected and really cute
After a few months of continuous use, the Mibest OLED Oximeter still works like new giving accurate results within a few seconds of placing on my child. The cute Unicorn actually got our child interested in the readings vs an argument to keep it on. Works on adult fingers also but a tight fit. Accuracy was compared with multiple Oximeters and watches.

getting consistent readings can be tricky
Mibest OLED Unicorn Pediatric Pulse Oximeter Fingertip – SP02 Pulse Oximeter for Kids – Children Pulse Oximeter with Color LCD Screen - Child O2 Saturation Monitor (Not for Infant or Newborn)First, the positives: When it functions well, it’s super useful. The display is bright, which makes it easy to read the numbers, even in a dark room while checking on your kids at night. It’s light enough to fit in your diaper bag or sit on your nightstand, and it even comes with batteries included, which is really convenient when you need it fast. I also appreciate the variety of "desktop themes" available. Each button press changes the look and layout of the display until you find one that suits you. Pretty neat! However, getting consistent readings can be tricky, especially with little fingers. It’s like trying to keep a wiggly toddler still in church—sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Even the slightest movement can mess up the reading. As for the build quality, it’s about what you’d expect for this price range. The color screen is nice to look at while waiting for results, and the storage pouch looks good too. I noticed there are tons of models on Amazon from different sellers, and they all seem unique except for one thing: the screen and display style are identical across the board. I’m guessing they all share the same internal components but come in different cases and packaging.I haven’t tested the battery life much since I haven’t had it long, but I doubt it’ll be an issue since the device turns off after a minute of inactivity. In summary: If you need something to monitor your child’s health when they’re feeling unwell, this will get the job done, though it might require a little patience at times. It’s not flawless, but what is? Just make sure to give it a thorough test before you really need it, and maybe keep your trusty adult version as a backup, just in case.

Very accurate
This pulse oximeter works very well and very accurate. I compared the heart rate with my watch, it almost shows the same. The spo2 reading seems accurate too. It is kids friendly, but can be used for adults too. The auto turn off feature is very useful to same battery. In deed, I tried to long press to turned off, but it just change the direction of the display. So it seems no way to manually to turn it off. However, it seems will turn it off just several seconds with idle. So it does not need to worry about to turn it off manually. I removed one star because the battery cover part is really thin and seems fragile. It seems the plastic near the edge can be broken very easily if not be careful when changing batteries.
