Amazing support which fits nice and snug around the knee, this allows me to run in these comfortably and they don't slip down my leg.I would recommend if you're looking for a thicker knee support.

These are excellent for what i need, i do 100 Metre sprints and am working with shot away knees from years of training, the support is outstanding and they are perfectly contoured without causing any patella mal-tracking just make sure you measure up right for the pair you order, expensive yes but better than needing knee replacements later down the line!!

I have dodgy knees - no cartilage left on inner (medial) compartment of both knees. These provided a good level of support balanced with the flexibility required. They don't bunch up or move around. I followed the sizing advice and got a medium which has proven to be correct for me. I use them for going to the gym for the knee exercises I am required to do to maintain my knees and also for playing cricket in when fielding where, as a bonus, they cushion any fall onto my knees. They have worked for me and have proven to be a worthwhile purchase.

Was getting quite painful knees from excercise.... This has solved all the problems! Moderately tight fit but I use them for lifting weights and such and this certainly adds to my confidence to complete the moves but please note despite the high price you only receive one!!! But having said that and used other knee supports, this is hands down the best and really I think my knees are worth it! : )

They are good, but I’m not sure if I picked the wrong size as they slip down a little. Also, if you want extra bounce when squatting you should probably get a 7mm pair. These 5mm doesn’t give me as much when coming out of the pocket.

Great knee supports, I wear these as I have joint problems. I used them for a recent ski trip which kept the knees supported and warm all day . Also use these for Crossfit both for support and protection when doing burpees.

Started weight training and found my knees needed more support. These have been great and I’m able to do more with them on and not worrying about my knees collapsing on me.
