KATO N Gauge D51 Hokkaido Type 2016-B Railway Model Steam Locomotive

The engine arrived in less than a week and well ahead of schedule. My son insisted on ordering a Bachmann that had poor traction and was noisy and clunky. We returned it and I bought this one. It is smooth and incredibly quiet. The headlight is very bright for an N scale locomotive. We can run it at very low speeds which is a sign of quality. This one came with the large couplers installed and small ones in the box to change out. Kato doesn't have the selection of other manufacturers but the quality is amazing. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing train really recommend it, due to its realism, quality, and care. This train has a very lifelike look compared to other companies. It also has been running really well across my layout, making it an exceptional, well made product. I also received the package early with no damage to the train whatsoever. Steam Loco ran a few times then got stuck on the track. The engine was running but it would not move. I discovered that a microscopic metal pin that Kept the pushrods/linkage together fell out. I could not find the pin. So now, I have a paper weight. Not happy.
