Q: Has anyone dried a full bouquet intact or do you have to split up the flowers? I want to dry my wedding bouquet.

since each flower has to be totally covered (including between the petals), it would take a LOT of product to cover all the bouquet. I think the only way to do it is to take it apart and dry the flowers (you can layer them in a deep container), and then put it back together artistically. I had mine done professionally (long before I became crafty). They dried the flowers separately, then arranged them beautifully in 1 layer, but still dimentional because of the flowers, and framed it. I still have it 23 yrs later. =)

less than a week, 5 days. if just one flower and how big it is! give it 5-7 days.

Q: Can you dry smaller flowers such as baby's breath?

yes. Smaller flowers dry better because they are more compact.

Hello, A daisy 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Rose 3 to 3.5 minutes on medium. Use a microwave safe bowl fill 1 - 2 inches with silica place flower face up and then apply more silica over top of the flower. Place a cup of water in the back of the microwave and then turn on using the above timing and heat. Just be aware of the heat of your microwave all are different but medium is suggested.
