Lock-off device
With manufacturers changing designs slightly and incorporating ways of having to buy their lock-off devices (hager) these things tackle that issue but you need a slim padlock the only downside because of the grubscrew

Gets the job done safely
Dislike that not coloured as they get lost amoung other trinkets that have to be carried. I ended up spraying mine with electric blue to solve my issue.
