Not much of an improvement
I haven’t seen much improvement with these but that doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else. Not very easy to swallow.

There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. Firstly, the blend of B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin, B1, and the entire Vitamin B Complex really impressed me. Worth Every Penny - A Must Have

I think they're OK. MY pee turned fluorescent yellow...like it was extra B.But the taste lingers ALL day. Awful. Nope.
