Solid Product
The HQ ISSUE NATO Military Surplus M1 Garand Wood Replacement Stock is a solid option for anyone looking to restore their rifle. The wood has a nice vintage look with natural wear that adds character, perfect for collectors who want that military surplus feel. Fit was generally good, though I had to do some sanding to get a perfect match. The finish shows its age but still feels sturdy and solid. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because, as expected with used surplus, there are some small imperfections, but overall it’s a quality stock that brings my Garand back to life. Definitely worth it for the price and authenticity.

Not a Fit
These will not fit a standard M1 Garand. They are about 1/2" shorter in length. my bet is that they were made in Italy for 7.62X51 (308 Win) Italian berrels which are 1/2" shorter. you may have seen these at local gun shows with 1/2" spliced on the endBill
