Fantastic Earplugs!
I am amazed. Every time I have flown, I have experienced at least discomfort and usually pain from the pressure changes and it usually takes at least a day for my ears to "unplug" and for me to hear normally. But these work! I have used them only twice, but already I'm in love with these. There was a tiny bit of discomfort from the pressure, but I believe that's because they are not perfectly molded to my ear. But I'd say they are 95% effective, and that's amazing! I was able to hear completely normally after both flights and was basically in no pain during the flights.

Best for Flight Crew
As a flight attendant it helps equalize the cabin pressure during landing. I can still hear my surroundings even in an airplane. Easy to use and it comes with a carrying case I clip it to my uniform at work. Comfortable to wear

Yes, they work!
Excellent! I got a small. I'm a tall lady 5'9" and small fit. I also bought ear planesand either work very very well for the pressure and pain of flying. I flew on 4 flights and it was first time in my life, easily with these. Eased the pain and pressure. Put in at take off and about 1/2 hr before descent. Game changer. Get some.

Time will tell
My husband has a pin in his ear and has real difficulties flying, so we purchased these to see if they would help with that. Our flight to our destination was great. NO PAIN! However, the flight home seems to have not worked for him. Not sure if he did/didn't do something that created the difference. He is willing to give them another try, but we are wondering if there is a trick to making sure they work each and every time to ensure consistent ear pressure to eliminate pain.

Not worth the $ no difference
I have always had a problem with soo much pressure in my ear only when landing. Hence, why I dread going on airplanes. I thought I’d try these out since they were $19. Tbh they are not worth $19 because I have used regular foam ones for $9 from the airport and didnt experience any crazy pain. These were hard to put in my ear. I had to keep twisting til my ear was red and it was uncomfortable.. When I did get them in, one of them kept getting loose from my ear and I had to wiggle it back in. I still experienced pressure.. ears were popping til the next day. However, I did like that i could still chat with them and listen to music using headphones. The packing was extremely cute.

Work Great on Airplanes
My husband had a severe reaction on a plane’s decent and was in a lot of pain thru the set down, the layover and the next flight. A friend thst travels a lot suggested he try these. They seem to work perfectly but it is tedious to put them in and take them out. And obviously can’t be worn when he is using his hearing aid so lots of juggling small pieces.

Probably fine for most, too small for me. Amazon sent me used earplugs first. Gross!
The package should be shrink wrapped, and you should get both sets of earplugs in small ziploc bags. My first wasn't packaged like this, and I was immediately suspicious, and realized mine was used. Super gross. This isn't a problem with the product, so I'm not deducting for that. Get better, Amazon. Sending used earplugs is disgusting and unhygenic.Having said that, the plugs seem well made, but they're just a little too small for me. The regular sized earplanes are too small for me too, so this is a common problem. I'm sure for most people this wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately I had this issue, and one of them slipped so far in my ear that I had an EXTREMELY difficult time pulling it out. Of course I was on a plane, so didn't have access to something like pliers to grab the stem. Again I don't think this would be an issue for someone else with normal sized ear canals. In short? They seem good. Amazon sent me used ones. If you have very large ear canals, I'd skip them.
