DEFINITELY DID ITS JOB!!!! Very fast delivery thank god because I of course did not read my doctor's instructions clearly and did not purchase the magnesium citrate they require. I recently purchased this item for my daughter due constipation issues.The taste is citrus flavor but within 1 or 2 days it help ease the process of feeling uncomfortable.
