Good ingredients! Great brand!
This is Totaria brand Organic Saw Palmetto - Prostate Health Supplements for Men with Ashwagandha Root, Stinging Nettle, Pumpkin Seed, Prostate Defend Propnietary Blend supplement. I have have many Totaria product and they are always great! I love that they are made in the USA in a GMP facility. I really like that they only use high quality ingredients. I can appreciate the they lab test all of their products.This is a bottle of 120 capsules that will last 2 months. The supplement is a blend of more that a dozen herbs including saw palmetto, stinging nettle, ashwagandha, pumpkin seed, lycopene, black pepper and more. I appreciate the black pepper as that helps you body absorb the other ingredients. This is a really good combination.

This is one of the better prostate supplements I have found. It has every ingredient you need for prostate health including tumeric which should help with inflammation and other issues. Recommend.

Great Blend!
My husband is in his late 50s and started taking supplements for his prostate several years back. He has taken saw Palmetto and pumpkin seed, as well as as drinking green tea. He still takes most of these ingredients, so this will be very nice for him not to have to take All of these separately. These antioxidants are powerful anti-inflammatories that help reduce inflammation and support prostate health. These pills are not too big to take. I don’t really go by the smell or taste because regardless of the smell or taste if I need to take something, I need to take it one way or the other. My husband has never complained about the taste or smell of these.
