A little bit goes a long way.
There is something very special about Cretan oregano. I was told it is a variety unique to Crete and whether this is true or not it has the most wonderful flavour that survives drying really well. Marvellous for scattering on home made pizza, pasta sauce using tomatoes and anything else that you would use dried oregano on. Just be careful not to use too much as this is strong.

Proper oregano
Smells and tastes like a proper oregano, it's not extremely strong, great buy for a great price. Not the rubbish oregano you buy at the supermarket.
