Q: Is this model pre built or a kit?

Yes, it is a rolling chassis, but you must provide your own electronics such as E.S.C., motor, servo etc.

Q: Do the differentials, bearings, etc come pre lubed?

Yes all sealed bearing come pre lubricant

Q: Can a hobby wing ezrun max6 V3 fit into the typhon ?

There is plenty of room in there. I put a XR8 PRO in there which is probably bigger. Arrma has an esc mount with three screws which you won't need. I used heavy duty electronics double sticky...the esc fit within where the screws would be...the arrma esc has added material for screw holes which make its base larger. Worse case scenario....don't put the screws back into esc base plate as all they do is screw esc into plate...will have plenty of space. Keep in mind, same issue for the power switch...arrmas power switch for their esc has a screw hole to mount on their esc plate...other esc's including the one you are choosing....just double sticky that down also in what ever location you see fit
