The truth is that most men will not get a perfect fit. The most important thing is to be able to get the tip of the penis to fit as close as possible to the opening where the urine drains. This will avoid urine pooling and possibly irritating the tip of the penis when not upright. That being said, you will probably be better served using the 35mm. Even a little too tight is VERY uncomfortable, according to my husband.
