Q: Is anyone able to list the ingredients? I can't see any in the description and the pictures and I have allergen issues to milk, Thanks!

INGREDIENTS: DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPER, ROASTED GARLIC, ONION, GARLIC), SALT, SUGAR, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SODIUM ACETATE, SPICES, HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER OIL, ACETIC ACID, DISODIUM INOSINATE AND DISODIUM GUANYLATE, NATURAL FLAVOUR, SPICE EXTRACTIVES, ASCORBIC ACID, CALCIUM SILICATE.

Q: Does ot contain salt?

It is not exactly low salt; it contains 90mg sodium per gram of product, or 9% by weight according to the label. That second number (4%) on the label is the percent of the US RDA of Sodium (I'd guess Canadian numbers are similar) at 2300mg. Actually, rounded up from 3.913%, if you bother to do the math.
