Good Overview of General Good Practices
This was a great look into how Trump and George Ross do their commercial real estate deals. Some good insight into strategies that can help any investor improve their game. Not too advanced, but definitely a few good tidbits outside of the normal RE advice.

A useful book
I don’t like Donald Trump as a president but this is a very useful book. Worth reading.

Great advice
Each person gave short to the point experience. Very broad spectrum of investors and entrepreneurs. This book gives different viewpoints from many different real estate focused professionals.
