28mm fit my 16oz medicine bottle.
The 28mm size was the correct size for my 16oz medicine bottle.Customer Service is phenomenal! I originally ordered the 22mm and it was too small. I sent a message asking for help. I received a personal message that the 28mm should work. I asked if they could send me 1 so I could try it for size. Customer Service sent me an order of 20 units! And they were right- it was the correct size! Wonderful and personable Customer Setvice!

Makes giving medicine to a baby or toddler easier!
I ordered the 22mm size and some other sizes because I wasn’t sure. These work on my child’s prescription medication as well as Children’s Motrin in the 4oz size. It is a little snug, but I think it’s supposed to be tight so it doesn’t leak. It makes it much easier to dispense medication accurately. For the prescription medication, these were a lifesaver as the bottle was quite tall. We spilled a lot of medication trying to get it into a syringe without an adapter. I wish the pharmacy had these to purchase

Accurate dosing, no mess
These are great for using a syringe to dose and deliver oral medication. For smaller bottles (like advil, motrin, etc. for kids), you'll want the smaller 22mm size, not these. These will fit into the neck of the bottle, but the flange at the top is too large in diameter, and so tends to get pulled out every time you unscrew the cap. For larger pharmacy bottles (8 oz or so), this size is perfect! These also let you get every last drop out of the bottle.

Fits standard medicine bottles
This is what I've been looking for to use a syringe to dose motrin, benedryl and childrens tylenol. They fit the standard bottles!

Fit 16 oz bottles
These work well for drawing up medications in a slip-tip syringe from a 16 oz bottle. They fit the opening of the bottle and form a (mostly) leak-proof seal. They are plastic and do not have a silicone opening or silicone seal around the bottle edge so be cautious when inserting the syringe tip - just insert it a little or it will be stuck in the lid and the lid may come off when you pull out the syringe. That tends to be messy if the bottle is still inverted! It is simple enough to adapt to, but I was used to the tight-fitting plastic and silicone adapters that really stay in well.Regardless, they have made drawing up meds for my pets much easier and I recommend their use.

Great for large Infant/Toddler Medicine Bottles!!!
These are a perfect fit for the large bottles of Motrin, Tylenol, and Benadryl. These also fit Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water bottles perfectly - so no more sticky syringes/droppers in the diaper bag!! The only thing that I would have preferred on these is an auto-sealing opening like you see on the ones that come in the infant sized bottles. These simply have a hole in the in the middle and a small amount usually leaks out into the cap if the bottle gets turned over. Not a big deal really since the cap is on, but it's something to look for if you are juggling a screaming baby while trying to open the bottle with one hand and not paying attention you might end up with a few drops of pink medicine on that white carpet (or dress shirt). Oh - and if anyone out there knows where to get the self-sealing plugs then I'd love to know! Especially if they are in the size that fits the smaller bottles as 2-3 of the larger ones get pretty heavy when totting around all day :)

No!! Doesn't work at all!
NO! This doesn't work all. The circles appear to be graduated in size. They are not. So the top layer sticks up and you can't close the bottle.I tried cutting off the top one and its the same result. DEFECTIVE DESIGN. The circles are not graduated in size like they appear in the photo. So even when I cut off the top one the thing still stood above the lip so you can't close the bottle! I will try to get refund. This was a total waste of money!!
