Yes, my husband is 6'3" 230 lbs and it fits great--very comfortable.

I had the same problem with the sling the surgeon provided. The answer to your question is yes. It takes a little practice to find the right approach but I wear the sling when I go out in public and have no real problem getting it on and in place.

Q: How to thread the scrap

Open the velcro on the arm pouch and then attach it to the strap by going up through the open buckle hanging on the end of the strap. (The end that hangs off the logo.)

Q: will it fit 5'3 woman weighing 192 lbs

I'm 5/3" and I am having the same problem...The straps are too long. It doesn't place my arm in a horizontal position and the strap is around my neck and crawling up my back. Maybe it is meant for a larger, taller person? It will have to go back.
