Gordon Ramsay Approved
I first heard about this watching Master Chef. Every time someone would cook something curry, Gordon would ask "Vadouvan?" And they would always say either "yes" or "of course". I am not an Indian food guy, but this yellow curry powder is so mild and flavorful, it does not stink up the house and is not a fine powder, so it can be used to season meat on the grill or dissolve in a sauce.

Love
Love this curry. Use it in so many dishes. Mild flavor and doesn’t stink up the house or me when I use it.

Wonderful seasoning
Second purchase of this seasoning. Like a sweet curry powder. First saw it used on The Food Network, googled it and bought it. I use it on lots of food - veggies, chicken, meat, potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise salads - gives a lovely tang.

Great flavor, but dispenser could be improved
The Spice Lab No. 7092 - Vadouvan Curry Seasoning has a great blend of spices and aromatics and is quite delicious; wonderful on vegetables, meats, and in grain dishes. I particularly enjoy it on roasted carrots and cauliflower. That said, it is difficult to get it to evenly distribute from the "shaker" side of the bottle, because there are coarser bits (like the shallots) that do not fit easily through the holes. The dispenser could be improved to make it easier to use.

Excellent Curry
I routinely buy this vadouvan curry and love it. Hard to find in our local supermarkets. It's great on chicken.

Bazinga! What a great flavor.
This is like a cross between a mild curry and something a French Chef would say Manuphique! whilest kissing his fingers! (annunciated that one for ya!) Its awesome on any veggie, all eggs, potatoes and even pasta. Chicken sings with it enveloping the butter, butter sauce, its awesome in creamed cheese. I added it to a white bean hummus wow! the list goes on. Sliced cucumber, tomato and even Sardines.

Best One!
I've tried many vadouvan curry seasonings. This one is by far the best! I run out of it all the time. I put it on boneless skinless chicken thighs and serve it over coconut rice. Tons of flavor.

Too salty
This brand is WAY too salty! Wish I looked at the ingredients list before buying, I’d see salt listed as the first ingredient. The vaudovan curry flavor is good, but not strong enough. Even just using a little made my dish too salty and could barely taste the curry.
