Recommended.
I had been buying this product for sometime now and I am very satisfied with its quality and taste. My son loves the bread made with this flour. I also make muffins, cupcakes, cakes all turn up real good. Happy to get a bread flour free from maida or any preservatives in my own country. Moreover this time the seller took extra care by sanitizing each packet (as they mentioned on the pack) . Thanks a lot. Thank you Amazon for making it available.

Good flour
Been using the flour for months now for baking bread. Ideal flour for those who prefer to bake their own bread without sugar, milk, salt… you can add seeds on top of your dough before baking for better taste.

Loving it
I do baking all the time and one of my favorite things to make is pizzas from scratch, I have always used all purpose flour but this time I wanted to try something different and ended up ordering this product. I was not to sure as the flour is a little on the expensive side , but once my pizzas and garlic bread where done and eaten and enjoyed all my droughts were gone. The taste is wonderful and it is definitely different then the regular whole-wheat flour that we use for baking . I have definitely become a fan and this item has become a staple in my kitchen

Purpose-made for baking
I’ve been trying to bake with whole wheat flour for a while now. I’ve always turned to the regular Atta flour, and my bakes have been dense with a very off-putting flavour.I’ve been very pleased with my bakes with TWF Flour X. I baked a loaf of bread.. I got a good rise,, nice crust and flavourful. My Apple-whole wheat cake also turned out beautifully, with a lovely brown shade and a delicate nutty flavour.I’ll be buying more of this flour, even though it stretches my pocket.

Great for sourdough
I started baking sourdough bread at home, and was not getting good results using the traditional chakki atta widely available in the local markets. After switching to TWF Flour X, I got very good results making sourdough breads. The feel of the wheat flour itself is very different and I found a vast difference in making my sourdough bread. The taste and flavor has also been great and getting the goodness of whole wheat is an advantage.I would have thought the pricing is a little on the higher side, but the results are great, so I have started buying more of the flour

Not made for sourdough
I have been baking sourdough bread for the past one year. Have tried various combinations of flours - 100% all purpose, 80/20 all purpose-whole wheat, and bread flours by brands like UrbanPlatter, T65 by Josef Marc. This flour delivered the worst results on a recipe that I think I have made foolproof over 12 months of practice. I bought a pack of 3, and attempted sourdough three times. Everytime the bread turned out to be thick and dense with no rise. I didn't see any stretch on the dough with multiple stretch/fold technique, proofing 4 hours at room temp and overnight in fridge. This looks like a regular whole wheat floor in a nice packaging. I generally make bread with 70% hydration but I went all the way upto 85% hydration on this flour but dough remained stiff with no gluten or stretch. Not worth it!!

Ordered Rustic, got Whole wheat
I am a home Baker since last few years. I love baking bread. So ordered the Rustic Flavour because it's ingredient showed only whole wheat. But the packet I got says it has Barley in it.Though the bread came out really nice. But I am an allergy patient. So wanted only whole wheat for myself. And now I am confused if there is any change between both the flavours? If yes, then pls replace the product to what I ordered.
