Very interesting recipes and clear instructions

A great little cookbook! The photos are stunning, the directions are simple and the food looks amazing. I got this as a gift for my sister and read it before I wrapped it. Can’t wait to try the prosciutto dumplings! Also great recommendations on where to buy the ingredients. 10/10 will buy a copy for my own kitchen!

O livro é bem interessante, com propostas bem conceituais. O unico ponto negativo é que 90% das receitas só tem os ingredientes e nao tem o modo de preparo, é meio: descubra você mesmo, mas tudo bem porque nem todos sao complexos ou que exijam grandes teorias para descobrir como faz, mas seria muito complicado para pessoas que nao possuem técnicas e experiência em cozinha.

I just don’t feel that my money was well spent on this one. Of the thousands of cookbooks I own I feel like this was just not something I would put on my shelves. Maybe in my box of give always. Next to the Star Wars cookie book

Tolles Buch, große Rezeptvielfalt. Nicht alle Zutaten sind leicht zu bekommen, z. B. Seeigelrogen gibt es hier im Schwarzwald nicht an jeder Ecke. Dennoch uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Auch für Schwaben (bin auch einer), die über den Maultaschenrand hinausschauen wollen. Meine Kochbuchsammlung umfasst knapp 1000 Exemplare, würde Gyoza zu den Top 50 zählen!
