Are calories based on dry mix or after mixed with water?

ITT: people who think 1/3 cup dry mix is the same thing as 1/3 cup wet batter.

How many carbs are in a serving and is any sugar added?

Per half cup (53g) serving, there are 30g total carbs (5g of this is fiber). 14g protein and 2g fat. The carbs are not especially low, but lower than a lot of standard brands of pancake mix. Be sure to check the serving size when comparing; some serving sizes will be a lot smaller than this.

So when we purchase it, we get 6 boxes of Kodiak cakes' mix? Is that right?

Yes you get six/6 separate ~ 18oz boxes of mix. But it's not really a traditional "cake mix" it is more of a flapjack/pancake and waffle mix. The directions tell you how much mix and fluid (water or milk) to use according to how many pancakes or waffles you want to make. Each box makes approximately 10~4inch pancakes. The box also has an alternative recipe to make muffins. We think that no matter how you make them there pretty darn delicious!
