Great price, first off, very competitive with the market right now.Good flavor, as far as kava goes. By that, I mean it still tastes like wet dirt, but this particular dirt also has notes of spices, mainly cinnamon and nutmeg, and it's fairly light in flavor. (I use around 40g in 20oz of almond milk and water, three "pressings".The effects are, as expected, fairly strong and pleasant. Not too sedating but definitely that social mellow, without glueing you to the couch. Personally I like mine a little "heavier" and will probably blend this, but it's very good alone as well.

Since I quit drinking completely last year, Kava has become a great daily replacement. This is only the second brand I've tried but I'd say its 'heady' and stronger than the other brand (Wakacon) I've tried. Like a good toke this stuff puts me in a relaxed, creative, and positive mindset. I can also get at least two good washes out of this stuff, so it's a great value. I've heard complaints about the bag not resealing, but a ziplock and a rubber band did the trick for me so I have no complaints. All in all, this is the best price to quality of the two brands I've tried and I'll be purchasing again soon.

This kava is very good for the price. The flavor is very tolerable and the effects are noticable within the first shell. Great kava for day time drinking or to help unwind after a tough day.

This is definitely the KEY to my relaxation and recovery after work. I'm a licensed massage therapist. I also skate and cycle frequently and am quite active physically and mentally. The vanuatu is subpar I found the waka to be heady made me a bit anxious so I mixed it with a vanuatu from a different company and that did the trick for me. Very rough grind though so had to use more then I would normally use. When I found out the kava wasn't lab tested with that unusually rough grind I never reordered

Strength: One of the strongest kavas I've ever had.Effects: Balanced-to-Heavy. Ideal for late afternoon or evening. I use it for sleep and it works great. Not the most nuanced or complex, but mixing it with the Lawena gives a more rounded profile.Flavor: Bitter, slightly peppery. It's kava, so you probably aren't drinking it for the flavor.Value: Unbeatable. I haven't found any kava anywhere that is this strong AND this cheap. The website is even cheaper, though Amazon has free shipping.Best for: Daily drinking, sleep/relaxation, blending with other kavas

I don't feel anything, disgusting, nothi g as promised. Have had almost 1/4 bag. Used with my Aluball shaker was expecting some experience like reviews, NO numbness, NO relaxing or "heady" or "waka" effect, HOWVER just like drinking 3rd world water and silt.
