Beautiful and easy to use and clean up is a breeze.
Lightweight but even heat distribution and deep sides. Great for those top of stove recipes like chicken thighs, chunks of vegetables in sauce. The hammered list is beautiful. This large skillet is a joy to use.

Elegant and durable.
Beautiful pan, it’s lighter in weight than it looks. The hammered top is a piece of art to behold. My only complaint is the costing is so slippery that items slide out to the edges while cooking. I love this brand, the iconic long contoured handle, their products are so well made all of my pots and pants have held up nicely.

Fries bacon evenly and easy to clean but the little soap and water on a sponge
