Great price, awesome device
Works great. I use it all the time and I do not have any complaints. No scratches or anything when I first received it.(my picture is of mine and yes mine has scratches after having it for a few months)

apps are unusable
setup was way harder then it had to be and took SO long. I’m only 20 I know tech, i’ve set up many ipads myself and had them in school. it’s practically unusable right now and i’ve had to call apple support, soon to be, 3 times.

Good enough but wish there was longer battery life.
Reconditioned iPad. The battery life is poor but otherwise it’s a good tablet for what I need.The screen is huge. It takes very good pictures. I got the 256GB version because I needed more memory.Overall, decent value over buying a new one.

Good Value Versus New Model Pricing
Bought this iPad for a six year old and found it to be perfect for her. The unit does indeed have the appearance of a new tablet with no obvious signs of wear. It arrived stone cold dead and took quite a while to charge but functioned fine once doing so. I was able to update to latest operating system (17.7.5) with no problem. I think the biggest concern with these very old devices (2017 vintage) is the battery life. I had no idea how to check that but did test with a current movie from Tubi website. A 90 minute film lowered battery from fully charged 100% down to 75%. For me, that was acceptable. I would not recommend buying one unless rated "excellent" condition though.

A Good Price but … Battery Life is Poor
The price is right for a “renewed” 10.5in iPad Pro 256GB. I bought 2 which the refurbished rated as in “excellent” condition and they were physically in good shape. Just a couple of small surface scratches on the back of each unit. If I have any complaint it’s about the battery life … it goes from 100% to ~50% in just over an hour. But, if you leave it plugged in while using it, it works just fine. I asked the seller about the rapidly diminishing battery life and to their credit, they were quick to offer a complete refund. I opted to keep them.
