Q: How to cook rice with this 1.5qt pot? Does it include a recipe or something like that (manual)?

Just follow the instructions on the rice- you don't need to do anything different for this pot. The pot shape and heat distribution seem to do a nice job of cooking rice- I haven't managed to burn a layer of it to the pot yet and it comes out perfectly.

Q: What is the difference between making rice in this particular pot and other Staub pots?

I don’t know the difference. This is the only Staub pot I own. I’m guessing the smaller narrow size reportedly helps in cooking the rice. I have noticed the steam does run down the outside of the pot as one reviewer reported. Laying a paper towel across the pot under the lid helps.

Q: How many cups of rice can you cook in this ?

I never cook more than a cup of rice, but there is certainly room enough for two cups.

Q: How deep is rhe 1.5 qt pot without the lid

4 1/4” is the measurement of the interior depth I hope this is helpful Love the pot
