Great value for money. Works well. Does the job. It is a bit flimsy but is absolutely fine for DIY window cleaning as long as treat it with care.

It arrived a couple of days later than promised and was a bit awkwardly packed. However, I did get it in time before my trip after messaging the seller. Communication with them was good and very quick. The telescopic window cleaner rod is of a fairly good quality, and it is light and seems sturdy. Fully extended 3 telescopic segments locked very firmly and the rod does not bend much. As stated it is not for professionals but for occasional gentle use to clean the first floor windows for what I bought it for, is really very good and greatly priced tool. Recommended.

The main cloth part of this works well but too flimsy to use the black part to stop the streaks you can’t get enough pressure when the poleIs fully extended

Perfect for cleaning my outside windows as I can’t get to them just the right size

Absolute rubbish, very flimsy and not fit for purpose, would return if it wasn’t such a faff!

Brilliant bit of kit

The pole wash mit and the way it works is good ,long reach easily reach upstairs windows but like everything there is a downside ..... and that is the squeegee rubber ,its not cut, formed or however they are produced , but whichever way you use it , it doesn't clear water off glass in a uniform way thus leaving water patches , ive tried it just using squeegee by hand instead of on pole same results ,when looking down the rubber the edges have rough burrs on so as said it must be a problem when it's manufactured, if this was OK and worked as should I would have given it 5*

Pay heed to the reviews; not as flimsy as other users have found, but certainly not "robust". Need to treat it with care. The fabric/scrubber part certainly does it's job as long as you don't apply too much force.The squeegee function was fairly ineffective at a distance; you can't apply the pressure needed to clear the water. Pressing harder would likely damage some of the kit.So, despite its drawbacks, it's still worth considering.The extendable pole's a good length; adequately reaching my upstairs windows. It's made of three tubes (already connected) - extendable & tightenable by twisting.The connection at the end seems to match a standard mop and a 'swiffer'-type duster I've got, so potentially quite handy.
