36" Floral Lace Embroidery Guipure Fabric Wedding Bridal Dress Clothing (White)

I am working on an ethnic Dutch costume from the late 19th century. I wanted a good lace to make the cap with & this is absolutely lovely. The pattern is just right & the texture is lovely. Not at all stiff like most fabric-store lace. It's going to make a great addition to the costume when everything is finished.

Good quality lace

The fabric was beautiful. I bought 3 yards and it does come in three separate 1 yard pieces. The edges were scalloped which I don’t think shows in the website pictures. The fabric smelled very strongly of mildew or something. The smell does wash out. I had seen this elsewhere, but I didn’t want to spend $30 per yard so I guess dealing with the odor was OK considering I didn’t spend as much on it as I could have.

For my lowrider

This is a beautiful piece of lace. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the following issue. When I opened my package it was damp. There was a slight smell. I put it out in the sunshine for most of the day, and the smell went away. The sun didn't affect the lace in any way. So, if you have any problems with smell, give this method a try before you return it.

I have never seen something cut so poorly. Part of it came shredded and part cut. Counting from the smaller point its not 1 yard.Clearly the person that cut it doesn't know how to cut lace or didn't have a scissors.AND ALSO IT SMELLS.

Product was “wet” when delivered…maybe too long in plastic bag?} once dried is very nice
