Dermarite Industries Proheal Sugar-Free Liquid Protein Supplement

I've been dealing with a stubborn wound care issue. I had a couple people recommend trying a liquid protein supplement to complement my ongoing care regimen.I opted for DermaRite's ProHeal Liquid Protein Wound Recovery Formula. There are 30 servings per container and a serving is considered to be one ounce. Each serving offers 15g of protein and is non-GMO, sugar free, soy free, lactose free, and gluten free. The product includes collagen and whey protein. There are 100 calories per serving.This particular bottle is cherry flavored and it is definitely cherry flavored. It has a strong taste to it - I wouldn't really call it pleasant or unpleasant. It's just worth noting because it is quite strong.The one struggle I had here was making sure I was measuring out one ounce. At first, I tried using the cap but I couldn't determine if the cap was actually one ounce. Plus, that makes it kind of messy because it drips a bit. So, after a little bit I gave up on that idea.One ounce is equal to two tablespoons. So, using tablespoons or a medicine cup works well. I ended up buying some medicine cups - most of which are one ounce. This has worked much better for me.While my wound hasn't completely healed yet, it's looking healthier and quite a bit better. I'm quite pleased and I have to believe that ProHeal is part of that turn-around. In fact, I just ordered a second bottle. So, obviously I am quite pleased.Is it a bit expensive? Yep. However, it's about the same price as most other similar drinks and it's certainly less expensive than a lot of wound care treatments. So, for me it's definitely worth it.For me, this has been a fantastic liquid protein supplement. It works easily and is proving to be effective. Not only would I order it again, I already have!

This is an amazing product if your needing it for a high protein diet to help your body heal. I thought it tasted like sour candy… my kids love it. It’s thick,don’t put it in the fridge or it gets like a gel…

It’s tasty and easy to take. Has lots of protein and other ingredients that are helpful in mending wounds.Hope it’s helping!

ABSOLUTELY horrible taste no matter the flavor you try but steer clear of the vanilla, unless you like drinking vomit 🤢 HEALS YOU UP IF YOU DARE TASTE IT. GROSSEST THING I EVER. AND I AM 50!

I really like the tast of this protein drink and I'm glad to have it to supplement my protein intake.
