Been wanting one for some time
This thing is well built, and the best thing about it is all the parts are available. And I’m not talking universal parts like you would try to adapt to the grill but the factory replacements. I’m hoping this lasts far longer than the 5-7 years the other ones do.

Excellent, the back panel IS shorter by default!
I was a little disappointed at first because everything was assembled but the back panel according to the manual was supposed to be the longer one.So, I ended up calling Weber today and found out that the panel that they're shipping out with this unit at least is in fact the short one so I wanted to mention in case someone sees the same thing.Otherwise, this model far exceeded the expectation as far as the overall quality and was surprised how heavy the box was. Everything was packed really well with hard foam and I had no issues with any parts being broken or bent. The overall thickness I feel is tad thicker than our old Weber from about few years ago with the two burner. The assembly only took about 20 minutes or so a s everything bolted nice and tight and there was no need to readjust things afterwards. The grill turned on almost instantly with a push of the ignition switch and does come with a battery which is also nice and overall, we really enjoy the grill in our first use with a nice thick ribeye steak and vegetables on skewers 🤤I feel that this unit should be cleaned once a month especially if you cook even once or twice a week only as we found out at least with our last Weber grill that the caked on deposits are very hard to clean if you don't do it often. While they don't recommend using as far as I understand oven cleaners, I'm going to start cleaning it with the pressure washer at least on the surface away from the burner itself but shoot keep it nice and clean and hopefully it will last at least four or five years if not longer.I honestly don't mind that the side tables are completely locked in as at least with our small grill, we constantly had to move it as we don't have a patio and that sort of made it difficult for the moving table on one side. This unit is also bigger and sturdier and very happy with being able to put larger dishes and containers!

USA made .. mostly
This is a very nice grill. The only issue for me but not more modern customers. I like to actually see the flames coming from the burners.

Heats to 600 degrees - Fantastic
I'm a big fan of Weber grills. In my younger years, I used a Weber kettle and loved it. Later, in the mid 90's, I made the convenience move from charcoal to propane, and bought a Weber Genesis. That grill was awesome. I had it and used it regularly for 15 years. It was kept in the garage while not in use, so the wood still looked almost new. I'd replaced the porcelain grills, but I think that's about it. After 15 years it was better than most of the new grills on the market. A few years back, we were downsizing from a large house to an apartment, and I sold it since we didn't have room for it. We had been using another old grill, that wasn't cutting it... just didn't get hot enough to sear steaks. So I bought this Weber Spirit E310 and it was delivered last week. I assembled the grill... took a while since a few of the non-verbal instruction pictures seemed to indicate a part (non-existent by the way) to which the igniter module would be attached. Another picture that was not clear was trying to show how the wires for the igniter module button would drop down to attach to the battery compartment electrical source. Anyway, none of that was a big deal... got it all figured out.Next, I fired up the grill yesterday, and was initially disappointed since the temperature got to 350 degrees after 10 minutes and stayed there after another 15 minutes. So, I tried again today, and got the result I expected with the temperature continuing to rise, and achieving the 600 degree max reading, and seeming to push even a bit higher.I'm impressed with the design of this grill. Even though it's not the top of the line, it does have some great features. The propane tank holder / gauge combination seems to work well, with the visual gauge giving the user a reading of roughly how much propane is in the tank. The hole in the floor of the storage area accommodates the heavier weight of a full tank, and gives the flexibility to move it and attach it to the tank holder. With the tank properly mounted in the holder, you can safely move the grill without concern that the tank is not secure. This model has the hinged metal front door for the storage area... a real plus after reading reviews from past purchases having a plastic or metal mesh front, and not being a hinged door. This grill doesn't have the side burner... but I'm fine with that. My old one had the side burner, and I think I used it less that 5 times in 15 years. The only thing I'd have done differently is to have either one or both of the side trays fold down. But I knew what I was buying, so that isn't really a problem for me since I have the space. This grill is exactly what I wanted... Weber quality, three burners, porcelain cooking grates. I'd much prefer paying a couple hundred dollars more for this Weber grill and have a grill that actually gets hot enough to sear a steak, and will hold up to years of use. Since I don't really have garage space to move the grill to protect it, I got a Weber grill cover. I figure it will last for years if I take care of this one too.I really think you can't go wrong with a Weber grill.
