It is not easy to find raw, unsalted, watermelon seeds without the shells. These are fresh, really tasty, and reasonably priced. I use these for homemade granola, or soak and then dehydrate at low temperature to preserve nutrients.

Mild flavor. Great for high protein low carb fans.

I avoid all nuts and most seeds because of the high oxalate content, but these are rated as medium oxalate. I toast them in some ghee and add salt. It's hard to get them very crisp, but they are still good.

I used this for baking Asian pastries . The seeds tasted fresh and yummy. It is rare to find it and harder to find such good quality. For Festive cooking, good ingredients are upmost important. My guests were not disappointed.

I bought this 26 august 2024 saving for holiday it was so bitter and rancid the package is not expired but the contents I couldn’t just couldn’t and I’m extremely allergic to rotten products I had rash just by trying lil nope it’s not for me and amazon offshore Indian give me so much run around I give up don’t buy this watermelon seeds Amazon 🤢

The seeds I got were so bitter (rancid-tasting) I wound up, not only rinsing them repeatedly, but washing them *twice*, *thoroughly*, with 2 drops of citrasolv brand dish soap to 1.5 qts water each time, followed by much rinsing & gentle agitation. (For about 2 cups of hulled seeds.) After all that, they actually tasted okay! Since rancid outside usually means rancid inside, this is why I gave them 3 stars instead of less: the seeds themselves were okay -- just took a lot of work to make them edible!
